The magnetic latching system
The innovative, zero-current magnetic KEEP CLOSED latching system makes opening and closing doors silent and as comfortable as possible. Consisting of a closing magnet, magnetic plate and matching handles, the system has a reduced design and its components are perfectly coordinated.
Glass doors can be easily and gently opened and closed using the magnetic KEEP CLOSED closing system. The ergonomic handles fit discreetly and unobtrusively onto the glass door leaf. This, combined with the concealed TECTUS Glass hinge system, makes for a thoroughly minimalist appearance.
KEEP CLOSED allows timber residential doors to be moved completely silently with minimal ergonomic effort and without the usual ‘push-pull-slide’ motion. The door is held in the closed position without the need for direct contact with the patented closing magnet. The retention force can be individually adjusted and holds the door securely in its end position.
